Amazon introduced the Fire TV Stick 4K Select streaming device during its fall 2025 hardware event on Tuesday, pricing it at $39.99. This marks the latest update in the Fire Stick lineup, which saw significant revisions in previous years.
In 2023, the company refreshed the Fire Stick 4K, enhancing its specifications with a new processor and Wi-Fi 6 support, while the Fire Stick 4K Max was upgraded to include Wi-Fi 6E and increased storage capacity of 16GB. Additionally, in 2024, Amazon revamped the Fire TV Stick HD by bundling an Alexa voice remote and adding HDMI-ARC support, further diversifying its product offerings.
During the recent event, Amazon also revealed new television sets and introduced a new operating system called Vega OS. The new TV models are available for pre-order starting today.
Furthermore, the event showcased the launch of new security camera products from Ring and Blink, expanding Amazon’s range of smart home devices.
