Shopkeeper Responds to Assault
A shopkeeper in Ahmedabad reacted quickly after an attempted assault in his store. CCTV footage captured the incident, showing the shopkeeper slapping a female assailant approximately 17 times in a span of 20 seconds. Police Inspector Ketan Vyas of the Ranip Police Station stated that they are using CCTV footage to identify the woman involved. Despite the shopkeeper’s decision, Ahmedabad Police have conducted two meetings with him to encourage him to file a report but are continuing with their investigation regardless.
