Reports indicate that parcels have not been collected from the company’s lockers or are stuck in transit without updated tracking information. Some customers received notifications stating their items had been delivered, yet they did not have the parcels in hand. Additionally, issues with the collection lockers have been noted, leading to further complications.

InPost UK has acknowledged the delays, attributing them to a software integration issue within their network. The company has issued an apology and stated that it has identified the root cause of the problems and is making progress toward a resolution. Despite this, some users reported receiving promises that the issues would be resolved quickly, but they have continued to face delays.

Sonia Fallows, a resident of Manchester, is among those affected. She has been waiting eight days for a delivery of toy building blocks ordered through Vinted, noting that the package remains unscanned in the warehouse. While Ms. Fallows has been a regular user of the service, she expressed concerns about continuing to use it if such delays persist with InPost.

InPost UK has stated on its website that it is working to resolve the ongoing issues. Despite assurances, users have shared mixed experiences, with some claiming they have been assigned new delivery dates without receiving their items. In May, the company acquired parcel delivery firm Yodel, aiming to enhance its logistics capabilities and target handling over 300 million parcels annually. Questions remain regarding the overall impact of these service interruptions on consumer confidence.
