Puri: A 15-year-old boy from Puri, Odisha, died while attempting to film a video in front of an approaching train on a river bridge. The incident occurred near the railway gate at Jankadeipur station.

According to reports, the teenager was filming himself with his back toward the train. A video captured the moment the train approached while he stood on the bridge. The tragedy unfolded when he turned the camera towards himself, leading to him being struck by the train.

After being hit, the youth fell onto the tracks, and the camera continued recording the incident. Friends at the scene called out to him following the accident; however, he did not respond. Authorities from the Odisha Railway Police arrived, recovered the body, and arranged for a post-mortem examination.
