Altman disclosed a potential limit of 3,000 messages per week for ChatGPT Plus users in the “thinking” mode and mentioned that Team plan users may have a significantly lower limit of 200 messages per week.
Additionally, OpenAI is reviewing its API access, prioritizing existing customers, and indicating a limited capacity for new API growth. Despite not sharing specific user numbers, OpenAI disclosed it has approximately 5 million businesses using ChatGPT.
