The White House has announced its Christmas decorations for 2025, which are typically organized by the first lady. The chosen theme for this year is “Home Is Where the Heart Is.”
The installation of the decorations involved 1,500 volunteers working over the course of one week. The White House noted that the decorations include more than 50 Christmas trees, 700 feet of garland, 25,000 feet of ribbon, and 10,000 butterflies throughout its corridors.
This initiative continues the tradition of elaborate holiday displays at the White House, raising questions about the significance of themes chosen each year and the impact of such decorations on public perception.
