Australian windsurfer Andy McDonald reported an encounter with a shark while windsurfing in Margaret River, Western Australia earlier this week. Mr. McDonald described the experience, stating that he thought it might have been a life-threatening moment.
During the incident, the shark interacted with his board before diving deeper into the ocean, resulting in minimal injuries to Mr. McDonald. The contact did, however, damage his equipment.
Despite the incident, Mr. McDonald has already purchased a new windsurding board and plans to return to the water soon.
