Baltimore, MD (WBFF) — Kevin Weaver, a 41-year-old security guard, has been denied bond following charges of first-degree and second-degree assault. The charges relate to an incident outside the Cross Street Public House in Federal Hill, where a viral video captured Weaver choking a man.
Weaver turned himself in to authorities after the Baltimore Police Department released an image from the video.
