Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G have been confirmed as the headliners for the upcoming Coachella festival. This marks the first time any of these artists will headline the event, which is traditionally held in the Californian desert and attracts approximately 250,000 attendees. Alongside the headliners, performers such as Teddy Swims, Katseye, Central Cee, and CMAT are also included in the festival lineup.
Coachella, which takes place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, has been an annual event since 2002 and spans over two weekends. Sabrina Carpenter is scheduled to perform first on Friday, followed by Justin Bieber and Karol G headlining on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
The festival will feature a number of UK artists, including Disclosure, Wet Leg, Lambrini Girls, Little Simz, and FKA Twigs. While tickets are not yet available for purchase, fans can register for passes ahead of the sale date.
Coachella is recognized as one of the premier music festivals globally, attracting a notable celebrity audience. Past attendees have included actor Timothée Chalamet and model Kylie Jenner, as well as Justin Bieber with his wife, Hailey. The previous year’s festival featured a lineup comprising artists like Lady Gaga, Charli XCX, Travis Scott, Post Malone, and Green Day.
Some challenges from the last event included complaints regarding a new reservation system for camping that led to significant delays, with reports of 12-hour traffic backups outside the venue.
