Pakistani Man arrested after Harassment Video goes Viral

A man named Hafiz Mohibullah was arrested in Karachi’s Jamshed Town after being accused of harassment during heavy rainfall. The incident was captured on video and subsequently shared widely on social media, showing a chaotic scene in flooded streets where cars were disabled and individuals were navigating through knee-deep water. In the footage, Mohibullah was seen standing near his motorcycle, allegedly inappropriately touching a woman as she walked past.

Following the video’s circulation, police initiated an investigation. Officers from District East were able to identify and apprehend Mohibullah using the recorded evidence. He is currently in custody, with an FIR registered at Jamshed Quarters Police Station that includes charges related to sexual assault. Authorities confirmed that he will be presented in court after interrogation.
